As we cannot guarantee completion dates for orders that require prints to go to our framer or album maker, is it possible to add a "Remainder of Balance due at collection" option - instead of having to choose a date?

Due to the number of feature requests we receive, our development team meets monthly to prioritize suggestions based on a variety of factors. We go through a detailed process of reviewing requests and determine a technology roadmap going forward based on those prioritizations. The features that are not selected for implementation are then considered again in future meetings.
The features you have suggested have been considered by our team but they have simply not made it to the top of the development list. But they will be discussed again in upcoming development meetings.
