Again, I'm adding this here as I want to get some support for issues just sent via email :)
Without having headsets, creating a consult for a phone inquiry is insanely cumbersome. Would love to have the ability to "tick a box" to create a lead (& choose shoot type) when making an appointment in the calendar - instead of having to create a lead, then book an appointment, it's just too hard when you're on the phone at the same time!
