I would love if you could add an auto-save ability to questionnaires. Several of my clients have navigated away from the page and then have to fill out the questionnaire again. I tell them to save and submit at the bottom, but this happens on an almost weekly basis. Would love if this feature could be added, so they don't have to keep filling out my questionnaire multiple times.

Keana Clay > Hi Josh,
I've submitted this feature request to our developers on your behalf. Please feel free to submit any future requests to them directly at ideas@shootq.com.

Alison Mish > Hi! Has this been addressed?
-
Josh Gooden > Nope. I wish they would as I have client's constantly complain about it. I did a free trial of Pixifi and told Tim, who personally added that feature to Pixifi within a week. ShootQ needs to start listening to its customers.

Josh Gooden > Hey ShootQ Team. I just got another angry customer asking why their form is not saving correctly. Can we get an update on this? I've been with you since October, 2009.

Keana Clay > Hi Josh,
I'm sorry to hear that your client is upset about the questionnaire information now being saved. I will bring this up to our development team again. I recommend adding text to the questionnaire email or to a paragraph text field at the top of your questionnaires reminding clients to save and submit them even if they're incomplete.
We do have a process in place for moving features into the queue to be reviewed. We review all technical ideas every few weeks and revisit new and old requests at that time. We have a variety of factors that go into the decision making process. We are constantly evaluating our users needs/requests, addressing bugs that pop up, regular software maintenance and integration upkeep. As updates are made they are posted on our Releases and Updates page. You may view that announcement page here, http://help.shootq.com/forums/171595-Releases-and-Updates.

Chad > Hi Aleksandra,
I'll submit this as a feature request again to our development team. It may be something we can add in the future.
