Hello. This is an ongoing request for over a year now, and would like updates on any intentions to remedy this issue, or potential release dates. As of now, associates, assistants etc can view all contract info (including the invoice prices), and well as all tasks, correspondence, leads, etc.
This system needs a "read, write, full or restricted" permissions set-up for all users, that can be controlled by the admin. I submitted a support request in the past, and received a response that shoot Q was unable to duplicate the issue. Then, a posting on this forum prompted a shoot q rep being able to easily duplicate the problem that I outlined. She said she would submit a request to fix, then went silent.
