Remove Header/ Logo Requirement on contact form and pricing

Interested in integrating the shootq contact form in to my wordpress website. Everything is dialed in already - APIs, the [shootq] call function and the form is now appear on my site.

The problem is, shootq insists on displaying a header. If I remove all my header photos and my logo from ShootQ's public area, I get a message saying "please add header".

Can anyone PLEASE help me and tell us how to remove the header requirement? It makes the form nearly impossible to seamlessly integrate into our site.
