So slooooow - am I doing something wrong?

I've been out of the loop for about two years (two under two!) .....so I'm just now going into ShootQ to update contracts, pricing, etc.  I'm finding it miserably slow, especially when it comes to booking clients.  

For example, sending out a simple booking email takes me upwards of a few hours because the "settings" tab on the right has the spinning processing wheel going forever and often I have to refresh the page for things to show up.  This happened a few weeks ago and again this week.  

I've tried in multiple browsers (ie Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and on different computers and it doesn't seem to make a difference.  Is there something else I can try?  I'm about ready to send out a paper contract it's taking me so long.  Any ideas are much appreciated!!  

Also, I put in a support ticket last summer (about a half a year ago) for what I was told previously would be a quick change that I had to put in a request for... and it still has not been resolved.  I'd love to keep using ShootQ but not sure what's going on lately?
