When adding an event online it is giving my client available times that are not available. Help!

I have intergrated my ical and shootq's calendar, including my personal calendars. When I send clients the link to book a consultation it gives them available times that are already booked. Help! For example, I just recently sent a client 2 weeks of available times for her to book a consultation with me and she choose a date and time that is already booked ?? Am I doing something wrong. I followed all the directions on how to intergrate the calendars and my bookings and personal calendar are showing up on both calendars. BUT it is giving the clients those booked days as available times!! I worried I am going to double book myself!! Anyone have this problem?
