Katie Van Buren > Hi Robert,
I am glad you brought this up on the forums. Can you give me a few specific examples of searches you are trying to complete and cannot?
We agree that ShootQ is due for overhaul/tweaks. We have made big and small updates over the past seven months. We have an awesome development roadmap planned out for this year with some great changes in store for our users. Stay tuned for our updates, keeping in mind it won't happen overnight, but it is in the works.

Robert Norman > thanks for responding Katie. There Rae a few things that i think would be great
1) site wide search. right now you need to choose for example, 'leads' or 'booked' to find a specific name. One window for the entire site, regardless of which 'area' a name is in would be great! (like searching your computer database, for example)
2) better ability to use the online version on a phone or iPad. Its very cranky right now OR--
3) improve the iphone app to something thats actually fully functional and useful. A general tweaking to the LOOK as well wouldn't hurt. make it pretty!
4) i would love a simple year end total of how many people contacted us, and how many booked. Not the bar graph yearly summary, not percentages, not profits - but just that ONE simple stat
5) an EASY way to see who still owes you how much money for a distinct period of time (say I want to check how much money i'm owed from august - november) some sort of simple search function like that.
thats about it for the moment--but thanks for asking!

Leighton DaCosta > And while I know it might be a Pictage thing, P3 payouts. Aside from any outstanding debit/order that is currently against the account, it would be nice to be able to have funds release within 24-72 hours. At least on the Pictage Pro/ShootQ Hub level. I like using P3, but I hate the fact that I may have to wait days or weeks to get a payout that I can get with Square/Paypal/Google(soon to be dead) in 24-48 hours. That convenience in cash flow is nice.
e.g. If someone is a Pro level member, there is an automatic $99 balance applied. on the First. If the photographer books a wedding and gets a deposit on the 5th for $500, then $99 is "held", and the $401, less fees, released on the 7th. If on the 10th, the photographer orders a book, that balance is added as normal, waiting until the 1st to be collected, UNLESS another payment comes in during that month and the same process happens again.
