We recently had a bride who's wedding was called off with no plans of rescheduling. In an effort to stop her invoice reminders and "officially" cancel her job in our system, I marked her event as "cancelled". This took care of my problem, but it also cut the clients access to her online portal with her contract and invoices and my ability to email her through her event in ShootQ. The client has contacted me requesting copies of this info, but I can't find a real good way of sending it to her digitally, without using screen shots. Is there not a way to email the contract or save as PDF? Not sure if I'm missing something. How do other photogs handle situations like this?

Natalie > Hey Thomas, Good questions! If you Cancel a shoot, you still have the option to print the Contract via the browser, and Save as PDF. You can do this either by viewing the Billing & Legal section, and viewing the invoice, or there's a Print button on the Left Sidebar of the Shoot, and you can turn on the Contract option before printing. Same thing would apply to the Invoices, if need be. Then you can shoot her an email with the attachments. I hope this helps!
Thanks,

Thomas Boutwell > Thanks Natalie! Is there a "Save as PDF" option within ShootQ? I can find the print options, but if I just want a digital copy, how do I go about getting that? Am I missing something. Sorry for the confusion!
