I'm probably missing something, but how do i designate an email footer to go with an email template?

Chad > Hi Roger,
Email footers are automatically appended to emails when certain situations occur, namely when you request an appointment, send a questionnaire, or email a proposal. When you perform any of these actions the footer is automatically attached to the email and then you can select your email template. The footer remains appended to that email no matter which email template you choose.
The footers can be customized under Settings > Emails > Footers.
You can specify a default questionnaire email under Settings > Questionnaire > Default Questionnaire Email. For appointment emails, when you send an appointment request email the system will ask you if you want that email to be the default going forward. And, unfortunately, you cannot set a default email for proposals.
Questionnaires are sent by clicking Send Questionnaire on a shoot. Appointment requests are sent by clicking Add An Event /Appointment > Request An Appointment on a shoot. And the proposal email is sent when you book online.
But as I said, anytime you send those particular types of emails, the footer is automatically attached to it regardless of the template being used for the body of the email.
I hope that helps.
