I sent questionnaires to 2 separate brides re: their wedding. Both said that they completed the requested questionnaires. I checked, but I don't see questionnaires (blank or completed) on either event. I see under my correspondence to each bride that I sent out the questionnaires, but I don't see them either under Correspondence or under the Client Portal. Is it possible to delete them accidentally? I don't know what happened.

Tracy Timmester > I have the exact same problem as Matt. One of my recent brides said she submitted her questionnaire twice but I never received it. All I have under correspondence is the fact that I sent the questionnaire to the bride. Is it possible for you to look in to this for me as well? Thank you for your help!
