I am a co-owner of a photo studio, and we're setting up ShootQ. However, we can only set up one of us as an 'Owner' (with full access rights to the account).
Can ShootQ accomodate a second owner?
Thanks,
André

Hi Andre,
I just replied to your ticket, but for the readers out there:
While there is no way to have two "owner" Accounts, you can set up an Administrator account.
Administrators can...
* Create and edit brands
* Modify colors and themes
* Manage people and permissions
Only the account owner can...
* Upgrade or downgrade the account
* View or change billing information
* Cancel the account
If you want to be set up as an Administrator, your partner would need to access Atrium > Account Settings > People & Permissions.
Thanks,
Natalie
You have the option of course of creating a master email account for "owner login " purposes. You would of course have to each use the same password and email to log into you account to use he functions of the "owner" account. Easy enough to create another email just for this.
Hopefully later on down the road ShootQ will have a more extensive permissions list but for now this can be your workaround if it is absolutely needed for you get business taken of your way.
A question along these lines: can other users (besides the "owner") view financials connected to shoots?
Has this been updated or added since 2012?? I am needing the same thing, and I don't even see the 'administrator' button to give my co-owner.
Hi Jennifer,
Unfortunately, in the current system there can only be one owner on the account but I believe this functionality will be added to the new ShootQ platform we are currently building.
Instead of setting your co-owner as an administrator, I recommend navigating to Settings > People & Roles and set their role to 'Studio Manager' on all of your brands. In this way, they will have access to just about everything in your account except for the Account & Billing section. If you submit a support ticket, we could add their name to your account in our CRM system so any customer support representative would be authorized to help them with Account & Billing info if necessary.
If you have any other questions, just let me know.

As a studio manager is there any way I can make sure emails are coming to my email as well as the owners?
Hi Nick,
Please see my response in your other post: http://help.shootq.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000014591-Send-lead-emails-to-Studio-managers-email-also
