We frequently use the same referrers. Occasionally we are a little too fast for our own good and accidentally input something into our Referrer feature on a Shoot Page.
I.e. A common Referrer is BDWF.
When I start typing BD, I get multiple options: BDWF, BDWF , BD, BDW, BDWF , etc...
Is there a way to fix this list on our end?
I do not see referrers show up under the relationships tab.

The referrers is really a feature that need some love. The short story - cleaning this up is a long and manual process depending on how many shoots have the information. Honestly, I would say just Update the Relationship in your contact list, making it stand out from the other options, and stick with that going forward. This will greatly help you to keep concise accurate referral reports.
Here is how I would recommend cleaning it up. If anyone else has suggestions, I'm all ears cause it sucks.
First, do the above and decide on a unique name for this referrer, which has contact info (so you can search for them in the Relationship Tab). This will help you to visually see WHO this referrer is associated to (the only place!).
Sidenote - if you are ever entering a Referral, ALWAYS select to enter relationship info, even if you have no more than a name so you can link back to it in the future.
Now is the hard part. Going through your shoots and changing any of the alternative referrals to this unique referrer. It's not so much hard as it is time consuming if you have a lot of shoots. I typically open tabs from the shoot list for a page, and you can breeze through it pretty well since you are only looking for a specific phrase.

On the business tab there is a section titled "Referrals" with view options of Total Referrals, Booking Percentages, Total Net Profit and Average Profit per Job. On the "Total Referrals" view it shows the number of leads as well as the number of bookings related to each unique referrer. My question is, is there any way to view the booked events related to each of the referrers? I've looked at the relationships tab and it appears that some of my unique referrers are not found in that particular view. Any thoughts, ideas, insights, etc. will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

We have just had a custom contact form created for us that integrates into ShootQ, however the list of Referrers is incomplete. It includes "Google" and "Word of Mouth", but none of the venues we have listed as Referrers in our Contacts list.

How do I add more Referrers to this list?
I've come to this page looking for the same answers. I want to not only view the number of shoots per referrer, but also the details relating to each of these referred shoots. using the relationship view does not bring up all of the referrers that are in my system. Is there a way to make them all show? Why do some show and not others?
I had a bride who confused which planner referred her at a recent wedding show. We were running a joint promotion and she came to me and asked about the promo and told me who sent her but when filling in my form after the show she put the other planner she spoke with that does refer me however isnt who caused the initial contact. How can i change this?

Bump :). Let's get some updated Referrer reporting! Would love love love to see WHICH weddings to attribute to each referrer, as well as a screen that has ALL referrers, not just the top listing ones. So many of mine are one-offs! Thanks SQ!
