Anyone else having problems with the shipping calculations?

If I duplicate a collection or build a custom collection, the shipping costs will double for the duplicate collection.  And I'm tired of having to catch it before I send a proposal to clients.  I didn't catch it this time and just got an email from a client questioning the shipping charges for two proposals with the same products but double the shipping charge.  It's inconvenient for them and it makes me look bad and incompetent.  Get this easy bug fixed.

Also, when I revise a proposal, I have to remember to reattach the appropriate workflow.  If I don't remember, all of a sudden a wedding I just booked has no workflow and I might not catch it.  Again, this shouldn't be so and could cause client problems down the road.
