- I am just going to attach my request/help info here...as I do not have time to type as my time is now taken up by going back and forth between shootq windows to cut and paste client address info in for payments!!!!!
Thanks for contacting ShootQ! I'm sorry to hear that you were not followed up with. Maybe I can help explain, this was actually changed due to much confusion pre-loading the client's information caused. When photographers and customers went to update the info, prefilling the address details let them to believe that the address stored in ShootQ (in the client's file) was what was being stored in the billing address with P3. Many times this is not the case, and they were different (ie a family member was paying on the client's behalf), so we removed this.
another family member is paying, the way around that would be to simply have
that family member listed in the relationships and have their mailing
address entered. Then you would select that person (email listed under
invoices) as the bill to client and have that mailing info pop into the
fields. Really not happy that ShootQ has done this, I dont feel like taking
credit cards any longer as it is a hassle to enter in the billing address
TWICE. Reason to have studio software is to cut back on duplicating or
wasting time. This is definitely a time waste and a flaw by ShootQ.
ALSO....IF WE LEAVE FOR THE CLIENT TO FILL OUT, OUR SALES HAVE A HIGHER CHANCE OF DECREASING, SO I PREFER TO FILL IN ALL THE INFO AND ENTER CREDIT CARD IN AS I AM MAKING THE SALE OVER THE PHONE, MORE PROFESSIONAL INSTEAD OF RELYING ON THE CLIENT TO LOG IN AND UPDATE THEIR MAILING INFO!!!
