I am continuing to setup our ShootQ settings, and I am having trouble with the emails. There has to be an easy answer to this, but my brain is evidently fried, and I can't find it in the email tutorial or the knowledgebase. I have typed up a brand email signature. We are not using individual signatures just yet, but that may change soon. I sent out a test email to one of our clients, but the signature is not being added automatically. What am I doing wrong?
