Client can't sign contract online

I have a client that is trying to accept the booking I've sent her.  Here is her quote: 

 

"Ok, I'm so sorry, but something still isn't working. It saves all my info and then goes back to the review page."

 

I've never had a client not be able to execute the agreement.  Any ideas?  She says she has popup blockers turned off (as in popups are allowed).
