Is there a way to change a contact from Booked back to Lead? I accidentally booked a senior model rep for an interview and want to change it back to lead for tracking

Jenny Lijana > Any suggestions to the question above? Had a client back out from original date of event, and wants to reschedule. Is there a way to go back to lead or put a hold on the original event till another date is set?

Neysa Lopez > Hi everyone,
Sorry for the delay in responding. You cannot "unbook" a shoot. If you've booked someone who you need to put back in Lead status, you would have to recreate that lead.
If the client is simply rescheduling, you can put the shoot "on hold" in a way. Ways you can do this would be to cancel any orders on the shoot, or set the payment due dates/shoot date far enough in the future that you'll be able to reassign them to correct dates before anything is charged on the original agreement.
Hope this helps,

Katie Van Buren > Hello Danielle,
Yes, you can easily delete a lead or cancel a shoot. When you are in the shoot you want to cancel you will see the type of event that it is (portrait, wedding etc) and the word booked on the right side of the screen. Click on the word "booked" and you will see two options. The first one is to Mark as Complete and the second one is Cancel Job.
It works the same way to delete or cancel a lead, when you are inside of the lead shoot.Katie
