Remarks Field on Contact Form not iPad Friendly, Prevents Clients form Completing the Form

I discovered the other day that when someone is filling out my ShootQ contact form for a wedding event, the remarks field that opens up is not iPad friendly.  Worse yet, it's a required field, but if an iPad user is trying to complete the form, it will not accept input from the ipad.  This is a serious issue because it may very well prevent a prospective client from ever contacting me.  I was wondering if anyone else has seen this problem, or if it's just me? I have submitted a ticket on it, but if you have the same problem, please submit a ticket yourself also so we don't have to start a revolution like Egypt did.  I mean, all it takes is a cell phone and facebook!
