Is there a way to export a PDF of their invoice or print it out better than the print from the online invoice in the client area?

Absolutely. It seems crazy that there isn't one already.

The invoices have a printable style sheet built in. You don't need a print button; when you go to print the print stylesheet should take over and format for printing.

I know it might seem silly, but most clients don't realize that is the case. If you could put some dialog stating that, or have a print button, it would really help. Thanks!

Is this still not available? So many times I need to send clients a pdf because they can't make their own and need it for their records... help!

Hi Natasha,
To print an invoice to PDF, you can use your browser's Print to PDF functionality. Safari, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge have this functionality built in to their browser. Of course, a print button within ShootQ would be helpful, too. I'll suggest it again to our development team.
