How does ShootQ determine when the last activity was received by the client? Is there any way I can trigger that make it a false indication as to when the last activity of my client actually occurred? It seems like if I send a client an email it gets triggered. That wasn't the clients activity, that was my activity right? I don't really care as much about my activity as I do my clients activity.
For example, If we send a prospective client (i.e. a new lead in my system) my pricing page, is ShootQ going to tell me when they go to that page to look at that price list as it does when it reports when the client has opened the proposal?
