BUG report: Those yellow notes next to your product workflow

Pay close attention when using those little yellow sticky-notes attached to individual product workflows.  I used to rely on them heavily to communicate product details to my office manager.  Now in what should be a blank note, I'm finding notes for the WRONG client on occasion... this especially seems to happen when I change the workflow or use multiples of the same item.

I've now had to return to using the main notes section of a shoot, which is a bit time consuming to flip between with our slow internet connection here.
