I would also like to split my availibilty between am and pm. Is there a way to do this? For example I want my business hours to be 6am to 8am and 5pm to 7pm... Can that be done?

There is something I think you can do that will help you out. I am not 100% sure if it will do what you want it do, but it might.
Create a calendar, via Google or something like that that you connect (Add an External feed) to your ShootQ calendar. In this Google or what ever calendar, create an event that makes you busy from 8am until 5pm, you should easily be able to repeat this event every day, once they are connected it should, FINGERS CROSSED, show you as busy for those hours, even though your open hours will show 5am until 7pm. (or what ever your hours might be).
I know it's not the easiest thing, but it might help you out. As a return customer I understand completely your frustrations with what you have to work with, but take it from me, I have used many other system available, literally 6 other CRM systems, this one is one of the better ways to go. Customer service wise you cannot beat it.
