Sorry for the long wait. But re-doing the entire coding architecture (both front end and back end) of a system as complex as ShootQ takes time. Software development is always two steps forward and one step back. But we're moving as fast as we can. We currently have some users beta testing the new system. We plan to expand the pool of users in the coming weeks and will eventually open it up to the entire user base. You'll be able to choose when you want to migrate your data to the new system; no one will be forced over before they are ready. We are also concurrently working on a new mobile app that will function across all platforms (iOS, Android, etc). We will continue to send out emails in the coming weeks with further updates as the process moves along. I know you're frustrated and tired of waiting but if you can just hang in a little longer, I think it will be worth it.

Following up! It's been almost 2 months since you said a few weeks!
We have been waiting for months. We are going to be forced to move to a different service unless it is up and running ASAP so we are ready for our busy season. Please advise.
