Thank you for your patience. We have resolved the file upload issue which caused the following errors in ShootQ.
- Files could not be attached to emails
- Email templates with attachments failed to send.
- Emails could not be forwarded into ShootQ
- Files could not be uploaded or downloaded on a shoot
- Files for logos and branding could not be added under Settings > Logos & Colors
- Nimbus gallery images could not be accessed
Emails that failed to send will have to be manually resent by clicking the Resend button under the shoot's Correspondence > Emails section.
