We are proactively updating our merchant account integrations to further safeguard your clients' credit card information and to ensure an even more secure process for their transactions.
On Wednesday, May 27, 2015 starting approximately 7am ET, we'll be releasing changes to the Stripe and Authorize.net merchant account integrations. On the day of the release, you may be required to update your merchant account settings under Settings > Invoices & Payments > Online Payments
Authorize.net
No action is required to continue accepting online payments, though we'll be adding two new optional features - E-Checking and the Ability to Modify Payment Form Fields. Learn More >>>
Stripe
Action is required in order to continue accepting online payments after this release. Get your Stripe Live Publishable Key now and prepare to add it to your ShootQ merchant account settings on May 27, 2015. Get more information.
We will notify you (via a global banner at the top of the ShootQ site) once the release has occurred on Wednesday, May 27th so that you can make any necessary adjustments to your account. You will not be able to make the appropriate changes until the release occurs. In the coming weeks, we will also be updating the other integrated merchant accounts (stay tuned!).
