We have resolved the issue where some clients received "past due" email notifications for invoices that have already been paid. Some studios also received proposal expiration email notifications for shoots where the proposal was not expired (or had already been booked). Unfortunately, this was caused by one of our developers accidentally activating a routine that looked at a backup of the ShootQ database and sent emails based on old data.
We are extremely sorry if this has impacted your studio or caused confusion with your clients. We will be emailing those studios whose clients received these erroneous emails. If you do not receive an email today (March 20th, 2015) regarding this, your clients were not affected.
