Planned Downtime May 6, 2014

Dear Valued ShootQ Members:

We wanted to give you ample warning about planned downtime scheduled for next week. The good news is we are releasing an exciting and much-anticipated new feature! However, this update requires intentional downtime of our network while we get it up and running. Rest assured, we’ll keep it as brief as possible.

The downtime will occur as follows:
Tuesday, May 6, 2014 from 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time

Please note the affected areas below:
Your ShootQ account and client areas will NOT be available during the planned downtime
All emails scheduled to send during the planned downtime will be sent once ShootQ is back online
All P3 payments scheduled to process during the planned downtime will be processed once ShootQ is back online
We understand that you might need access to your information during the planned downtime. If this is a concern, we recommend that you backup your account before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2014.
