Creating and Using Preset Tax Rates

Setting up preset tax rates can help make the booking process even faster and easier. They are especially useful if your client base is spread across a range of geographical locations with varying tax rates. You can use a preset when setting up a booking proposal or when creating an order.

To create a preset, we need to go through the booking process (either Manual or Online). On the proposal-creation page, click the Configure Taxes link under the Settings column.

Create a tax rate and then click 'Save Preset'.

The preset then appears in your list on the far right and you can easily select it when booking a client or creating an order. You can save as many presets as necessary.

If necessary, you can also delete a preset in this drop down menu.
