Using  ShootQ Contact Form v2

1. Search for the ShootQ Contact Form v2

2. Click the link under step 1 "here"

3.Choose the page you want, and click Add

4. Go to your page, and the Contact form app will be installed.

Note - if you see "Contact" then you are using V1 of the app. This has been discontinued, so remove it.

5. Enter Your Credentials

6. All done!

7. Now, if you want to change the ShootQ Logo to something more brand specific, Manage your Page Settings, and edit the app.

et voila!
