Customize your Footer Text

To customize the text that appears at the bottom of your Proposal, Questionnaire, and Appointment emails, go to Settings > Emails > Footers

Then choose which footer you would like to customize. As usual, you can find the variables under the gear icon. The Hyperlink variable will show the "Click Here" option to the client. The URL variable will show the actual link.

NOTE: The Footer will not allow you to save without including at least one link, as this is a component or allowing the client to access the document you're sending.

Also don't forget to adjust any of the font, color, size to match your emails!

And if you want to go back to our defaults, you can "Reset to default" in the upper right corner of the window.
