Can I create multiple contact forms?

ShootQ only provides one default contact form per brand. This is the form that is hosted by ShootQ under Settings > Contact Form > Hosted By ShootQ.

You can, however, create your own contact form (or multiple contact forms) that sends data to ShootQ via email or an API connection.  You would need to build the contact form yourself, but  this is where you can find more information on integrating with ShootQ via API.
