In ShootQ, Workflows are how you can easily stay on top of all the various Tasks that are needed to fulfill your clients needs and see a shoot through to completion. You can build Shoot Workflows and Product Workflows that are custom tailored to the way you do business, so that you always know what needs to be done and when. Furthermore, you can assign Categories to individual tasks within a Workflow. This is great way to keep track of who in the studio is responsible for what Tasks or what type of Task you need to deal with on a given day.
Then, all of your Users in ShootQ can filter their Tasks tab to only display the Tasks that are associated with them or with any specific Category that you decide to define. That way, if someone handles all the Correspondence, they can filter for just that type of Task and see a complete list of all matches in any Lead or Shoot.
