How do I add, delete, or customize the questions on my ShootQ-generated contact form?

You can customize Available Shoot Types, Referrers, the Personalized Message, and the Thank You Page for the ShootQ-generated contact form.

However, the fields on the form (i.e. First Name, Last Name, Email, etc) are not customizable or editable. If you would like to have a customized contact form, we've made it easy to do this by utilizing our Contact Form Email Integration Method or our secure Contact Form API Integration.
