How do I integrate my WordPress contact form?

UPDATE: You don't necessarily need a plugin to sync up the Wordpress contact form. You can use the Leads via Email method of integration. This video will show you how to integrate Wordpress' native contact form via this method.

    I have my shootq contact form active and running however the only browser displaying the form properly is Firefox which has the form in a single column which fits properly in my wordpress contact page. IE and Chrome are displaying the contact form in 2 columns and the right hand column is cut off. Site is http://blog.vaughnbarry.com/contact-vaughn/  - Any words of wisdom?

    I have the WORST time getting ShootQ integrated... How hard would it be just to have a plug in for wordpress FROM Shootq that ALL you had to do was plug in your API and such and it worked!

    I don't have gravity forms.

    The Contact Form 7 with add on seems a bit confusing, Still trying to figure out where I add my API.

    The ShootQ Integration plugin didn't size right for widgets. And suddenly my normal contact form isn't working.

    I tried just using the lead email and I'm not getting email on the test contact forms...

    You wouldn't think it would be sooo difficult!

    I went ahead and picked up Gravity forms last night. Installed the Shootq plug in. Did the form in the proper order, etc. Filled out the info and while it sends me an email to show me what I got, all info is there. NOT all the info is going to Shootq. It will tell me there is no name, no phone number and no date, even though those are REQUIRED fields.

     

    There really has to be an easier way!

    Christy, did you map the fields in the plugin settings? Go to http://www.pussycatintimates.com/gravity-forms-shootq-add-on-wordpress-plugin/ and follow the instructions there. If you are still having problems, leave a comment on that page or send an email to development@pussycatintimates.com

    I use the "shootq integration" plugin and it works just not well. It calls all my shoots "other shoots" and it does not get the date correct....hmmmm. any ideas how to fix?

    hmmmm so do I spend the time with the ShootQ integration or do we just go with the gravity forms or is there a new way now in 2013??? Time is of the essence here...for us.

    I would love love love to simply use the ShooQ contact page but with NO LOGO at the top. How hard can this be to change? Please????

    I installed the WordPress Plugin and used the API keys and I'm successfully generating leads.  That being said however I get First Name Last Name and Other for my clients names.  Like Luke Black Other.  Other represents the TYPE of session that the client is trying to book.  What form can we use in Gravity Forms to map to the specific type of session that we want to populate into our fields?

    I'm trying to integrate ShootQ with a Flothemes Wordpress page.  Flothemes supports this but when I add in the ShootQ info the entire page shows up within the Wordpress page.  i.e. 2 logos, 2 navigation menus, and you can't see the entire contact form.  I've tried a work around with Contact Form 7, but the information doesn't populate to ShootQ correctly!  (every test I've run has come in as an event date of January 1, 1970 rather than what I entered).  Help please!

    Is there anyone from Australia who has managed to overcome the "backwards date" issue? We use the format ddmmyy and shoot q keeps changing this to mmddyy. Worst still, it's not consistent for all dates, so if the "Australian day" is greater than the 12th ShootQ realises it must be a month and keeps the original date. Havoc!

    Do you use a date picker or have your clients manually type the date?

    Does anyone know how to integrate ShootQ with Contact From 7? We were using a Plugin called ShootQ for Contact From 7, but since we upgraded to WordPress 4.0 it has stopped working. 

    Any suggestions on how to fix this plug in would be awesome.

    I have the ProPhoto 5 theme and have been attempting to utilize its built-in contact form (long story, but basically the contact form for my Big Folio website is apparently nonfunctional for quite some time now). I tried using the ShootQ Integration plug-in mentioned near the beginning of this thread. However, it is incompatible with the ProPhoto 5 theme.

    Does anyone here have any suggestions or ideas as to how I could successfully integrate this ProPhoto 5 theme while also automating my leads into ShootQ.

    Our form successfully works with our new site -- but it was integrated so that I could maintain the branding of the new website.  We've noticed though that our "thank you" automated response no longer gets sent.  Is there a way to do this still?

    Hi CheyAnne,

    You can set up an auto-responder in ShootQ by creating an email that is automatically sent when a lead is assigned your default lead status. For example, when the client fills out your contact form, a lead will be generated in ShootQ and they will automatically be assigned your "New Inquiry" status. You can add an auto-response email to this "New Inquiry" status (under Settings > Workflows > Lead Tracking) that will then automatically be sent to the client.
