Hi Everyone,

In addition to email support (submit ticket), we're happy to announce that there is now a new option - Chat! If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to initiate a chat with one of our customer support gurus by clicking the Chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

The chat messenger will launch and you can begin a new chat session by clicking "New Conversation". We'll respond as soon as possible. The messenger will also record all of your previous conversations as well. The chat messenger will be available during our regular business hours (M-F 8am-5pm PT). As I mentioned phone and email support are still available for those of you who prefer those support channels.
