RESOLVED: ShootProof Integration Issue (June 1, 2016)

UPDATE (June 8, 2016) - THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

The issue with ShootProof integration has been resolved. You should now be able to sync your Shoots to ShootProof again and update them accordingly. If you are still having issues please contact our support team at 888-974-6687 or submit a support ticket. We're available M-F (8:00am-5:00pm PT).

REPORTED ISSUE (June 1, 2016): SHOOTPROOF INTEGRATION

Several users have reported an issue with syncing their shoots to ShootProof galleries. ShootProof recently updated their API and this has caused syncing from ShootQ to fail. Our developers are currently working with ShootProof to resolve the issue.

*** Until we can fully resolve the problem, we highly recommend you DO NOT attempt to sync your shoots to ShootProof when creating a booking proposal.  ***

Attempting to sync during booking may prevent you from accepting a proposal. Please uncheck the 'Sync To ShootProof' box when creating a proposal.
