You can change your studio email address under Settings > Brands. The studio email address is where most ShootQ correspondence is sent - like notification of bookings, payments received, questionnaire responses, new leads notices, etc.
You can update your personal email address in Settings > My Profile. You can use either the Studio email address or the Personal email address as the Reply To address when sending emails from shoots. The Personal email address is also the one that ShootQ customer support will use to communicate with you when you submit a support ticket.
To change the email address of personnel in your studio, you will need to log into their account with their username and update their address under Settings > My Profile.
