First, you need to make sure that you set up your personnel as users in your ShootQ account. In the example below, I have set up my event-related personnel as Photographers but you can define them any way you like (i.e. Videographers, Filmmakers, etc).
Once you've done that, you can then assign personnel to shoots at booking time (in the proposal creation process) or after a shoot has been booked by going to the Shoot record and then clicking on the Personnel section. You can then add/remove people who are assigned to the shoot.
