Add SquareUp as a merchant option

I have a SquareUp merchant account set up for my iPhone, and would love if you could integrate this into ShootQ, as for the time being I need to also go create a Google Checkout account and was hoping to avoid setting up multiple merchants for myself!

Yes, I HATE dealing with multiple CC companies. They each have different rules and fees. Let me just use Square which doesn't have any hidden fees.
