After MANY years of running our wedding photography business on paper, we went completely paperless with ShootQ!!!  My husband and I even discussed removing our filing cabinets from our house.  ShootQ has enabled us to have our biggest sales year ever by being able to offer our clients PAYMENT plans that span up to two year's time.  We currently have a bride already paying on her October 2013 wedding!  She will have 30+ payments over the course of her wedding and we would NEVER have been able to keep track of that without ShootQ!  I love waking up to emails that say that a bride has paid their payment on time without me having to hound her. ShootQ has saved my business from floundering mistakes of double booking and has saved me countless hours is processing payments, trying to collect, filing paperwork, etc.

PLUS... my clients LOVE being able to login to their client page and access all kinds of information, payments, billing, package details.  They continue to tell us how "high tech" we are!

Not really. granted customer service is really good, every day when I use this sytem I find a new failure in design and finction making it harder and harder for us to keep track of what we are trying to accomplish let alone be able to set the system up fully to actually try to use it.

Hearing all the changes will be coming makes me wonder they will nto release updates and changes as they are made to make our lives easier.

With the constant call ins that we make to figure out unnecessary workarounds and all the suggestions that we have made to the team for development, we are in the mind set of we give them3 months, if their talk about what the system can do is all BS, then we go after a full refund. The sale of the system was great, the services and features we were told it has for our business, but after diving in we are finding that to be all hype about what they wish it did or expect the system to do in the future, but as it is now, it is not what we were sold. 

Only time will tell I guess.
