Beanstream is a fully integrated merchant account in ShootQ. This means that when your client pays their invoice, it will automatically show up as paid in ShootQ. No more manually marking invoices paid!
First, login to beanstream and go to administration > company info. Copy down your Merchant ID number - you'll need to input this number into ShootQ.

Next, go to administration > account settings > order settings. Check the box to "Use username/password validation against transaction." Enter a username and password that differs from your beanstream login information. Again, do *NOT* use your beanstream username and password! Copy the user/pass information down too.

Login to ShootQ and navigate to Settings >Invoices & Payments > Online Payments. Click the "New Merchant Account" button. Give the account a nickname and select Beanstream from the Merchant Type drop-down list.
Enter your Merchant ID from beanstream into the Merchant field.
Enter the username and password you created in the previous step.
Check the boxes for your accepted credit card types and click the Save button.
Once you've saved the information, click the "Run a Test Transaction" button to test your settings. You can either enter your own credit card information or just click the "Charge Card" button to use the test credit card number stored in ShootQ. If the test is not successful, submit a support ticket or give us a call and we'll lend a helping hand.

When you call Beanstream they ask you "Are you with ShootQ?" When you say yes they send you to Rocky Mountain something as they are "not allowed to work with ShootQ clients"!?!? The number they gave me was wrong. Hmmm
