Hi all -
In today's text, twittter, facebook, e-mail world a lot of my clients do not wish to be contacted via phone. For those people, calling them can be a put off. On the other hand, the more traditional crowd can get offended if you don't call them right away. We need to have a check box or drop down or something on the contact form that asks "How do you prefer to communicate?" Email or Phone.
This should be a simple thing to add.
Sincerely,
Thomas

I agree that we need this option in our contact form. In the mean time, I mention on my contact form that I will be sending them an email with confirmation of my availability as well as a link to my prices/packages (which btw, the email with the link to my packages is an automated email they receive when they become a new lead - works great!) I also have a statement there asking if they would like to have a callback and if so, let me know when would be a good time and I'll do so at their earliest convenience. That seems to work. But your right, it would be nice if there was a filed for it.
Additionally, I would like to be able to designate which is the best number to reach them at. The system defaults to the first phone number on the list as the main phone number (the one that shows under "shoot info"), but for many people the best number to reach them at is their cell (not their home) number.
I would love to be able to add/delete fields within the contact form
