One idea...  would be to allow us to add a product with a negative value to it.   Example... we have a $50 coupon in place when people sign up for our newsletter.  If I could add the coupon as a product with a negative $50 value... and when the client books.. the negative $50 is applied to the package pricing and payment... this would be a wonderful tool for us to use.

I like the idea of a coupon/discount code, but I'd need to be able to set an expiration date and choose which invoice to apply it to.  Right now, I just include the discount in the email with a deadline to book and tell them that the discount will be applied to their last invoice.  Then I manually add it if they book on time.  In the past I've given a discount off the top, reducing all my payments, then the wedding gets canceled. 

This is something i would be very interested in as well! The negative $$ amount seems it would work well.  :)

This would be a very useful tool for marketing to customers.  But N'neka is right on in suggesting an expiration date as well.

I would love a discount code option!! This would be soooooo helpful for promotions!  I give referral credits to clients, and being able to send them a code for use on future purchases would be so amazing!
