ok - just wondering, I know if i send an email inside Shoot Q it obviously stays there as 'sent' so i can review it in the future. However when couples respond, it foes into my mac mail and NOT automatically into shootQ. Do I have to MANUALLY forward each and every email that I receive so its available in ShootQ? i cannot imagine thats the way to do it and that i'm just missing something.

As long as you have the emails sending to the shoot specific email then they will automatically get added to the shoot. You need to make sure that email address is in the emails each time. So your clients may need to do reply all or you can just forward each email to that address.
