I submitted a request over 24 hours ago now and have had no help. What is up with that????
Too slow IMO for what we pay per month. Take a lead from the customer service at Prophoto Blogs.

My last request took 48 hours but they were very helpful when they finally got to me.
I'm waiting for a response as well - seems the last upgrade introduced a bug - can't change packages now in my cllient accounts. Has only been 18 hours, but since I first told them about the bug when I tweeted on the day of the upgrade, I'm getting a wee bit miffed....
Take a look Smugmug customer service.... barnon the best. BUT Ill stay with ShootQ/Pictage for now.

I understand your frustration and we work the help requests as fast as we can. Please know that we are available Monday through Friday from 8am till 5pm PST at 888-974-6687 as well. The help requests online though we do our best to answer them with in 24 hours, if you have any unanswered tickets please let me know those ticket numbers so we can get those answered asa soon as possible for you.

Also, the 24 hours turn around time is during business hours. So if support requests are sent in over the weekend, we get to those the Following Monday as soon as we can.
