The way to export only Leads would be to go to your Relationships tab, then use the drop down filters at the top left to filter down to Clients > Leads. Once this filtered list loads, you can click the link to select all, and you will get an option on the right hand side of the list to export that list as vCards. You can then use an online converter (usually I just Google one) to convert vCards to a csv file.
