I just signed up and have watched tutorials. I can't make shootq (subscribe) synch my google calendar, my web guy even tried, I can't manually enter shoots on my shootq calendar, they disappear, my task for today's shoot will not show up, tried several times. I keep retrying the most basic items without success.

When they say it takes time to set everything up I don't think it is due to problems with the software. Is there something else I need to look at? I am using firefox on a mac with Lion. Could that be the reason the most basic setups will not work? I requested help with no response yet.
