Logo not updating

Hi...I've updated my logo and branded everything across the web with my new look and my old logo (which i have deleted from the atrium color and design area) still appears on my contact forms.  Also, when i go to mark invoices as paid or to apply a payment, my old (brown with "fun simple you" on bottom) logo is also on there...https://app.shootq.com/public/~1d7e4e/contact

  • .i've refreshed 
  • tried from different computers
  • deleted new logo and re-uploaded it again
what could be the problem?

Hi Adie,

As you have activated Nimbus for your Brand, although haven't published it, ShootQ has actually frozen your 'old' colors and logo, since Nimbus' theme settings are meant to replace the old settings.

I understand that not everyone is comfortable with this and our Developers are working on something to address this, but unfortunately there would be no way to change the 'old' settings at this time. Current options would be to either publish Nimbus to see the new settings, or have it removed from the account, though there is no accurate turn around time I can give on removal since this is currently an intricate and manual removal process.  Please send us a support ticket if you'd like Nimbus completely removed.

has there been any updates to this?  I need to update my logo and am unable to do so as well.  Please advise!
