Adding Shoot Information

I have a basic contact form that uses the 'other' type of shoot. So when someone fills out the contact form on my site, I don't get all the wedding details, such as ceremony location, reception location etc.
BUT - I also find that I can't go and manually add it in anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction to do this please?

Hi Emma,
When a shoot comes in from your external contact form as "Other", you can update the event type to "Wedding". Once the event type is changed, you'll have the option to enter ceremony and reception details.
